Shipping Policy
Processing Time All of our products are custom made-to-order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
International Orders We ship worldwide (excluding North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine). International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival — these are the customer's responsibility.
Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at talsyhilmi@gmail.com. For domestic orders, please allow up to 30 days, and for international orders up to 45 days, before reporting a lost package.
